financial education and capability
We are very proud or our financial education service. We can either provide one-to-one support or work with people as part of a group. We have done many courses with those with learning difficulties, to support former drug users, with low paid staff and in schools. Our courses are modular based which means that you can pick and choose what is appropriate for your particular group. By spending time with our customers to know what the issues are our outreach staff are the best placed people to provide the training, the outreach interview can often be the first step into a support programme. We work with other organisations too to deliver joint education workshops and are very keen to expand this work during 2008/09.
