budgeting support and benefit take up
All of our staff have been trained to provide you with simple budgeting support, this means that they will look at what you have coming in each week or month and then look at what you have going out. From this conversation they might be able to identify ways in which you may be able to improve your disposable weekly income. Nothing is done for you unless it is with your full support.
Also as a part of this process all of the trained staff will look at whether you have all of the benefits that you are entitled to this might include carers allowance, disability living allowance or Housing Benefit.
